• 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
• 16 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Shortbread Cookies

Preparation

Step 1

SPREAD 2 Tbsp. whipped topping onto each of 8 of the cookies.
COVER with remaining cookies to make a total of eight sandwiches; press together lightly.
FREEZE 4 hours or overnight. Wrap individually. Store in freezer up to 3 days.
