    cups of Steel Cut Oats

  • 1-1/2

    cups of Rolled Oats

  • 1

    Cup Quick Oats for different grains

  • 1-1/2

    Cups of Wheat

  • 1

    Cup of Quinoa

  • All the others are depending how much different textures you would like to taste with each bite.

  • Flax-seed

  • Chia Seeds

  • Granola

  • Crushed Pumpkin Seeds

  • Crushed Sea Salt Almonds

  • Chopped Walnuts

  • Chopped Pecans

  • Crushed Banana Chips

  • Raisins

  • Brown Sugar

  • Vanilla Abstract

  • Jamaican Rum Abstract

Directions

1. Bring Water to a Rolling Boil...Add Steel Cuts, Wheat and Quinoa continue to boil for 15min(Keep Uncovered to prevent rise). Periodic Stir 2.Add more Steel Cuts, Rolled Oats and continue for 5min....Periodic Stir 3. Add Flax-Seed, Chia Seeds, Chopped Walnut, Crushed Sea Salt Almonds, Crushed Pumpkin Seeds, Crushed Banana Chips, Raisins for additional 3min 4. Take off of Heat 5. Add Granola, Chopped Pecans Mix thoroughly 6. Add lightly Brown Sugar (depending your desired taste, 7.
