Ingredients
- 1/2 C italian salad dressing
- 10 oz boneless skinless chicken
- breasts, cut into 1/4" slices
- 4 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 1/4 C butter, cubed
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- dash pepper
- 3/4 C half-and-half cream
- 1/3 C shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
place salad dressing in sm. resealable plastic bag
add chicken
seal bag & turn to coat
refrig. for 15 min
drain & discard marinade
cook fettuccine according to pkg directions.
meanwhile, in lg. skillet, cook chicken over med. heat until juices run clear
remove & keep war.
in same pan, melt butter
whisk in flour, italian seasoning, garlic powder & pepper
stir in cream
bring to boil
cook & stir until thickened
stir in cheese & chicken
heat through
drain fettuccine
serve chicken mixture w/ pasta
