Baked Brie in Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
  • 1 Brie
  • 1 egg yolk mix with 1 tsp water
  • Serve with Crackers
  • Serve with Fruit - Grapes, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi

Preparation

Step 1

Set out frozen pastry 30 minutes before use.
Roll pastry 1/8" thick
Place Brie on pastry. Bring edges up
Place Brie edges down on cookie sheet
Cover pastry with egg mixture

Bake 400
Bake 15-20 minutes
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
