Low Carb Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs oil or melted butter
  • 3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add a little water to thin.

Fry as you would regular pancakes.
