Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups pumpkin (solid-packed canned or cooked and pureed)
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees, Grease and flour two large loaf pans.
In large bowl , combine sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside. In separate large bowl, mix eggs, oil and pumpkin. Add flour ingredients. Beat three 3 minutes. Fold in raisins and walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake one hour.
