- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 small apple cored, and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or as needed
In an extractor, juice the raspberries, blueberries and apple, in that order, according to the manufacturer's instructions. It may be necessary to open the machine and push any remaining puree through the spout. Stir in the yogurt. Taste for sweetness, adding the sugar if needed. Stir again and serve.
