Whipped Brown Butter
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, one softened
- 2 T honey
- 2 t salt
Melt 1 stick butter over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl and cool completely. Add the stick of softened butter, hone and salt; Beat until fluffy.
Can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
