Ingredients
- 1 cup bottled chili sauce
- 1/2-3/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 Tbs dry red wine
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil; stir constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Brush sauce on meats during last 5 minutes or cooking or use as dipping sauce.
