Strawberry Sour Cream Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 C. Bisquick
  • 3/4 C. granulated sugar
  • 1/3 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 C. chopped nuts
  • 1 C. chopped strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Mix all but berries and nuts.

Beat 50 strokes by hand. Stir in berries and nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for

50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5

minutes and remove from pan.
