  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 1/2 cup toasted nuts (if desired)



Step 1

Line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Lay out crackers on cookie sheet, edge to edge. Boil butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and cover with foil for 3 minutes. Spread melted chocolate chips evenly. Freeze for 20 minutes. Break into pieces and store in an air tight container.
