Spinach-and-Feta Sauté

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 c. feta crumbles
  • 1/2 c. pine nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; drain off excess liquid. Stir in feta and pine nuts.
