Herbed Margarine

Ingredients

  • 8 oz reduced-calorie tub margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place softened margarine in a mixing bowl and stir in thyme, dill weed, and salt.

Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container. The spread is best if refrigerated for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.

This recipe yields 48 servings. Serving size: 1 teaspoon.
