Paleo Egg Breakfast
Also, try Canadian bacon, mushrooms or onions.
If you like more eggs, use 16 eggs.
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c milk (coconut milk for paleo)
- 1/4 c feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 10 oz frozen pkg spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
- 10 grape tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl mix ingredients. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into pan and spread ingredients evenly.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until done. (Bake 45 minutes if using 16 eggs)
