  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 serving Perfect Fit Protein or other brown rice protein.
