Ingredients
- 3 c Persimmon pulp
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 c milk

Step 1
Place pulp in the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat 2 eggs, add sugar. Sift together flour and baking powder, add to egg mixture alternating with milk. pour over persimmon and bake in moderate oven.
