Ingredients

  • Almost 4cups flour,1can evaporated milk,1egg

Directions

Place flour in bowl, make slight indent in center of flour crack egg and place in center indentation, mix egg into flour add milk and salt. Mix dough until combined,let rest for 5min. Kneed dough until smooth and elastic. Roll dough until thin flour service of dough lightly then roll up length wise loosely. Slice into thin strips sprinkle with flour and spread strips on parchment paper under let dry at least 1hour,noodles will not be completely and don't need to be. Boil salted water or stock and add noodles keeping fluid at a boil. Add your deboned skinned cooked turkey or chicken some onion, carrots and celery and city cook. Noodles thicken liquid and remind me of dumplings. Yummy on cold winter days.
