Fudgy Avocado Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1½ tablespoons milk
  • ½ an avocado, mashed with a fork
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients but the mini chocolate chips in a small bowl, stirring until
well-mixed. Pour into an 8- to 12-ounce microwave-safe mug or ramekin.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Top warm cake with mini chocolate chips.
Let cool 2-3 minutes before eating.
