Stuffed Chicken Sienna

These stuffed chicken breast can be served with your favorite tomato or pasta sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, chopped
  • 2 ounces shredded fontina cheese
  • 2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

For cheese filling:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a spoon until well blended. Divide the mixture into 4-6 even portions; refrigerate.

Assembly:
Place chicken on a cutting board; split to open. Spread cheese filling evenly on both sides. Fold one side over the other and repeat with the other breasts. Place in a large baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake a 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees with a meat thermometer.

Serve with your favorite tomato sauce.
