Ranch Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 3 C coleslaw mix
• 1/4 C Mexicorn, drained
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded &
• chopped
• 2 TBL chopped red onion
• 1 TBL minced fresh cilantro
• 1/2 C ranch salad dressing
• 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine 1st six ingredients.
In small bowl, combine salad dressing, lime juice & cumin.
Pour over coleslaw & toss to coat.
Refrig. until serving.
