Ingredients
- 2 LB flank steak (3/4" thick)
- 1/4 C grainy mustard
- 2 TBL lime juice
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBL soy sauce
- 1 TBL hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced peeled ginger
Preparation
Step 1
put flank steak in 13X9" glass baking dish
whisk together remaining ingredients into bowl w/ 1/4 tsp pepper until
smooth, then pour over steak & turn to coat w/ marinade
chill, covered - 1 hr
prepare grill for direct-heat cooking over med-high heat
oil grill rack
grill steak - covered - turning once 8-10 min total for med-rare
let steak stand, uncovered 5 min
thinly slice steak across grain
season w/ salt
