Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 (15oz) can pumpkin
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a 13x9" baking pan with foil then spray with non stick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, nuts, sugar, brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/4 cups of the mixture. Pat remaining mixture on bottom of prepared pan.
3. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, remaining 1 tsp cinnamon, allspice and salt; mix well. Pour evenly over crust. Mix reserved crumbs with 1 tbsp flour. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
4. Bake 30-35 mins or until set. Cool 10 mins. Serve warm. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
