Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese ( softened)
  • 3 Tbsp butter or marg (soft)
  • 2 cup confectionary sugar( use more if consistancy is mot right)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with spoon. Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes or until they spring back to touch.


Filling:

Mix cram cheese, margerine,vanilla. Add conf. sugar. Beat until creamy.
