Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 package (6 ounce) chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, vanilla extract and salt. Add sugar. Blend in flour. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Press to the ends of a jellyroll pan (15x10x1 inch). Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Completely cool and break into pieces.
