  • 2 lb Frozen "Zipper Back" Raw Shell-On Jumbo Black or White Tiger Shrimp, thawed
  • 1 cup PC Memories of Jaipur Cruuy and Passion Fruit Sauce
  • 1 cup PC Memories of Bangkok Spicy Thai Sauce
  • 1 bottle Memories of Szechwan Peanut Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse shrimp under cold running water and drain well. Marinate shrimp with shells on for 1 hour at room temperature: half in Memories of Jaipur sauce, half in Memories of Bangkok.
Place Memories of Jaipur-marinated shrimp in grill basket and grill over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Repeat with Memories of Bangkok-marinated shrimp. (If you have 2 grill baskets and a large grill, cook all of the shrimp at the same time).
Arrange shrimp on two platters. Pour Memories of Szechwan into small bowl and serve as a dipping sauce.
