Ingredients

  • 5 lg. prawns, peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 boned, skinned chicken breast,
  • cut into chunks
  • 1/2 C cooked crab met
  • butter
  • salt
  • 1 tomato, seeded & chopped
  • 1/2 C mexican-style tomato sauce
  • (Six-in-One brand if can find)
  • 1-oz white wine
  • 3/4 C grated jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1


fry prawns, chicken & crab meat in butter until prawns & chicken are
cooked
add chopped tomato
then add tomato sauce
keep stirring

place mix. on heat-proof dish
sprinkle w/ white wine
spread grated cheese on

cheese melts completely
serve immediately
