Ingredients
- 3 LBS red potatoes (abt 12 med)
- 4 hard cooked eggs
- 3/4 C sour cream
- 2/3 C mayo
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 11 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 C chopped celery
- 1/4 C chopped green onions
- 1/4 C italian salad dressing

Step 1

3/4 C sour cream
2/3 C mayo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
11 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
1/2 C chopped celery
1/4 C chopped green onions
1/4 C italian salad dressing
Instructions:
cut potatoes into 1/2" cubes
place in lg. kettle & cover w/ water
bring to boil
reduce heat
cover & simmer for 10-15 min or until tender
drain & cool to rm. temp
cut eggs in 1/2
chop egg whites & set aside
in bowl, mash egg yolks
stir in sour cream, mayo, salt, mustard, garlic powder & pepper
set aside
in lg bowl, combine potatoes, bacon, egg whites, celery, onions & italian dressing
fold in mayo mixture
cover & refrig for at least 2 hrs before serving
