Ingredients

  • 2

    Tbsp white wine

  • splash of lemon juice

  • 1

    Tbsp mayo

  • ½

    tsp onion powder

  • ½

    tsp garlic powder

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ½

    tsp pepper

  • ½

    tsp dill

  • ½

    tsp oregano

  • ½

    tsp basil

  • ½

    tsp lemmon pepper on fish

Directions

Lay the salmon bone or skin down on a double layer of aluminum foil ( on the dull side of the foil) that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Fold up the sides of the foil to make a pan so the juices don't run over. Dribble white wine over the salmon adn a little bit of lemon juice. Then spread 1 Tbsp of mayo over the fish. Combine above ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over the fish, then sprinkle paprika. Cook on hot grill for 10 - 12 minutes.
