Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. In a medium bowl, blend together sweetened milk, corn syrup, and vanilla. Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 425F for 10 min., reduce heat tp 350F and continue baking for 20 min. or until filling is almost set. Cool.
