Artichoke Cheese Dip (L. Khaleel)

Ingredients

  • 2 lg cans quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 med chopped onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 cups shredded mozzarrella

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients together in a baking dish and top with the mozzarrella.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbling but not brown.
