Ingredients

  • 1-pound Italian Sausage

  • 1

    medium bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1

    medium onion (chopped)

  • 28

    oz. of water

  • 1

    28 oz. Of can stewed tomatoes

  • 1

    bay leaf

  • 1

    15 oz. Can of herbed tomato sauce

  • 3

    chicken bouillon cubes

  • ¾

    teaspoon garlic salt

    tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1

    -bag small pasta shells

  • 8

    oz. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Remove sausage from casing: (skin): crumble and brown in large pot. Drain off all fat: add peppers and onions and all ingredients (except cheese and pasta) simmer all at lease 90 minutes. At serving time, add as much cooked pasta, as you would like. Serve in soup bowls with cheese. I triple this recipe!!!!!!
