Texas Potatos

Ingredients
- 1 1-lb bag Ore-Ida Southern Style Hash Browns (square potatoes)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small (8 oz) container sour cream (or plain yogurt)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of celery/potato/chicken) soup
- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Thaw potatoes completely. Add thawed potatoes and remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in ungreased casserole. Bake 1 hour.
NOTE: Corn flakes can be placed on top of cooked casserole for color and crunch.
