Ingredients
- 2 TBS oil
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups beef broth
- 3 - 4 cups diced potatoes
- 3 - 4 cups diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 TBS chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the carrot and onion in a stock pot. Cook until vegetables are softened. Add the broth, potatoes, tomatoes and Old Bay. Simmer just until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Add crabmeat and parsley and heat through.
