Ingredients

    lb. spaghetti, uncooked

  • ½

    cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 2

    lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp

  • 1

    can (15 oz.) black beans, drained

  • ½

    tsp. crushed red pepper

  • 1

    cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

  • ¼

    cup chopped cilantro

Directions

COOK spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in shrimp, beans and crushed pepper; cover. Cook 5 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. DRAIN spaghetti. Add to shrimp mixture with remaining dressing, cheese and cilantro; mix lightly.
