Ingredients
- 6 ripe Red Haven peaches, peeled & slivered
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c instant tapioca
- 2 T crystallized ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix ingredients together - reserving butter.
2. Pour into unbaked, pricked pie shell.
3. Dot w/butter.
4. Cover w/lattice-top crust.
5. Bake at 450 for 10 min, then reduce temperature to 350 & bake until done - about 45 min.
