Ingredients
- 3 tbs butter
- 4 chicken breast, cubed
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 c half and half
- 2 c shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2- 14oz cans cream corn
- 1- 4 1/2 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbs chopped cilantro

Melt butter in a dutch oven over medium high heat; add chicken, onion and garlic. Saute 10 minutes
