Tuscan Chicken Ciabatta Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 6-ounce boneless skinless chicken breast filets
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices Borden®Sun Dried Tomato Basil Singles Sensations®
  • 1/4 cup garlic mayonnaise
  • 4 bakery-style ciabatta rolls, sliced horizontally, toasted
  • 1/2 cup baby lettuce mix
  • 8 Roma tomato slices
  • 1/4 cup slivered red onions

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Top each chicken filet with 2 slices cheese; heat on grill until cheese melts. Spread mayonnaise on bottom half of each roll and top with chicken filet, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Close each sandwich with top half of roll and serve.
