Grannys Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup Crisco
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 cups sifted flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine salt, soda, crisco and peanut butter and mix well.

Add sugars and cream thoroughly. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour.

Drop cookies onto greased baking sheet and press down with fork to make crosswise pattern.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
