ASparagus vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 3 tbl white wine vinegar
- 1 tbl fresh lemon juice
- 1 teas honey
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbl finely chopped flat leaf parsley
- 2 teasp finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 teas chile flakes
- 1/2 teasp kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 c evoo
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Step 1
Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, parsley, oregano, chile flakes, sale and pepper in a medium bowl. Slowly whish in the oil until emulsified.
Place the asparagus ina medium baking dish, pour the vinaigrette over and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes nd up to 2 days. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
Roasting asparagus: Place on baking sheet and toss with evoo, salt and pepper. Grile perpendicular to the grates for 3-5 minutes on each side.
