Breaded Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 TB. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 TB. Penzey’s Pasta Sprinkle
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 2 TB. olive oil, divided
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a glass baking dish with tsp of olive oil. Mix the bread crumbs, cheese and spices together and place on a plate. Cut the fillets into 5-6 oz. portions. Gently toss the fillets in the remaining oil, then dip into crumb mixture until coated. Set fillets in baking dish. Bake for 15-20 mins, or until browned. Serve with lemon.
