Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups ham, sausage, or bacon
  • 1/2 cup green onions, diced
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream and diced green onions for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease pie pan. Mix hashbrowns and melted butter. Press into pie pan until firm.

Bake 25 minutes, cool slightly.

Mix meat, green onions, whisked eggs, salt and pepper together.

Add half and half and cheese to meat mixture. Pour into crust.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
