Ingredients

  • flaky pastry from freezer section, let defrost in refrigerator
  • 12 TBS butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1 TBS butter into bottom of 6 muffin tins. Sprinkle a few pecans into each cup.

Put pastry onto a floured surface, brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up snuggly and cut into 6 equal pieces. Put on top of butter pecan mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and flip onto a platter
