Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well and spoon into a 1 quart baking dish. Top with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until very hot and bubbly.
