  • 4 containers (8 oz. each) plain yogurt
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced dill
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1

Place yogurt in sieve lined with coffee filer overnight in refrigerator. In medium bowl mix with cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt; chill. Drizzle with oil.
