Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1-2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 8 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 cups shredded radicchio
- 60 Bibb lettuce leaves
- Chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Step 1
In small bowl combine first five ingredients. Whisk in oils. In large bowl mix chicken and radicchio Add dressing; toss well. To serve, spoon salad into lettuce leaves; top with scallions and sesame seeds.
