  • 2 melons (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into strips
  • 2 bunches fresh chives, trimmed, blanched

Step 1

Seed and remove rind from melons; cut into 2" chunks. Wrap with prosciutto and tie with chives (or skewer with toothpicks).
