Place chicken in pot with water covering. Add bay leaves, celery, garlic. Simmer several hours,
Prepare biscuits.
Remove chicken from liquid. Add flour and cold water shaken together to thicken. Add chicken bouillion
Remove chicken from bones and add to gravy.
Add biscuits and serve
