Ingredients

  • 19-21 oz package of brownie mix
  • 13 x9 pan
  • 4 , 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 oz bakers semi sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325
Spray pan with cooking spray
Prepare brownie according to package. Bake for 25 minutes or until top is shiny and center is almost set
Meanwhile, bear cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream. Mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour cream cheese mixture carefully over brownie layer in pan. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen sides. Cool dessert completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Melt chocolate as directed on package. Drizzle over cheesecake. Refrigerate 15 min or until chocolate is firm.
