Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned or half of a roasted chicken, skinned and cut into small pieces
  • 1 can (11 to 15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chile peppers
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in crock pot (do not drain any of the vegetables except the corn) and simmer on LOW for 6-8 hours.
