Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered/icing sugar
- 1 cup melted milk chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl add butter, peanut butter, cookie crumbs and icing sugar. Mix well and place into a 20cm square cake tin lined with foil. Place into the fridge for 20 minutes. Melt milk chocolate in the microwave, let cool for 5 minutes and pour over the top of the partially set peanut butter mixture, smooth out and place back into the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Slice and serve. Keep in the fridge in not serving full amount.
